Should I contact the Foundation for a meeting prior to the submission of a Pre-Proposal?
It is not encouraged. The Foundation hopes to create a level playing field by reviewing all Pre-Proposals as they come in response to the RFP. The Foundation will contact you if it has questions.
Can supplemental information or attachments be submitted in addition to the information provided via the Foundation Web site?
The only information that can be accepted at this time is that which is completed on the Web site template form.
Can I upload graphics, maps, or spread sheets into the form on the Web site?
At this time only written narrative text and budget figures can be accommodated in a Pre-Proposal on the Web site.
What currencies can I use to calculate the budget in a Pre-Proposal?
All budget information must be provided in US Dollars.
Is there anything that can be done to accelerate the process or to submit a different type of proposal than what is requested in the RFP?
At this time JRS is only considering requests described in the RFP.
In what language should Pre-Proposals be submitted?
All materials must be submitted in English.
